Government vs. Citizensa

Think about today’s relationship between the citizenry and local public agencies. Do you believe the discourse has taken on a more positive or negative tone?

I believe it is a negative one because Local Government isn’t always transparent. Local Government should air out all issues in a public forum, not in just city council meetings, but as they happen.
