In the video, he has arrived in hospital due to acute pain in the left arm radiating to his fingers and back of the shoulders which started pain 3 hours ago. H is also showing signs of chest tightness and shortness of breath while talking to the nurse. He could potentially be having a heart attack or a stroke.
