Human values development. What made it a dilemma for you?

Human values development, often referred to as moral development is a product of of the sociocultural environment in which we live and develop. The sociocultural environment includes cultural, historical, familial, social and institutional influences through which we process deep experiences and acquire insights and tools through which we process deep experiences and acquire insights and tools that help us develop an ethical stance. Think about a personal or professional experience in which you were faced with an ethical dilemma.

5. When and how did you learn these values and principles?

6. Are these values and principles congruent with the sociocultural world in which you grew up? In which you live now?
