 The dominant culture where one grows significantly influences one’s gender ideologies and mental health through the stereotyped beliefs. Gender and mental health among the vital organizers of life. The societal view identities gender as a factor of growth where one identities with the gender roles. As I grew I saw no significant role different between my parents especially with home chores .however, after growing up , I was significantly influenced schooling system ,where I learned that functions of gender were differentiable .nevertheless ,the parents around the house shaped the ideas of my view of the world. This is arguably the case for me as I grew up in a family where the parents sought to solve problems amicably.  Prior studies have identifies that children essentialist gender, in that they make assumptions on females and males based upon their sex. Growing up in the family significantly influence my view of gender and mental health. The parents sought to teach on the need to choose from the stereotypes on gender by the society. Notably, the parents showed a distribution of chores in such a way that the stereotyped functions of a certain gender were not dominant. For example, the stereotype that the man is the provider.

There was tribal healing; when a large crowd of people were caught to be alcoholic addict the all society had to suffer for the loss of wisdom, capacity and also direction. Many laws perceive drug abuse in society as an obstacle for the last several years, group of people have come up other laws that would solve their problems. For several years many ethnic groups rely on law system that is bit different from the one for England. A debate is held so as to know the guilt and the innocent one. The relatives or the friend of the guilt are responsible for the charges of the criminal offence committed.

In the National Institute concerning drug abuse there are many approach methods dealing with addiction. Nevertheless, peoples programs keep on dealing with research to evaluate the methods that solve these issues out. Modern technology no more rhyme with their standard. In detoxicate some qualified individual go through training medical institutions that help them learn more on individual health care.so the affected can choose from a number of them who seems to be comfortable with or according to the level of addiction. Holistic approach is dealing with the disease by consulting the spirit, and all the other parts of the body. When one believes that on the consumption of certain drugs he is going to heal, the individual already wins healing.

Obstacles concerning alcohol and rely on drug abuse affect the community negatively in large percentage .the level of production, living standards  ,health condition is greatly affected. All this results to poor living standards .for this reason therefore, there is large percentage of death rates than birth rates.

Immersion-Emersion it’s the self-questioning like what does it cost for one to be white in U.S? It’s the act of wanting to know about Whiteness. In this case it needs support from other races that have asked the same questions. Focus is the evolution of positive attitude towards white identity

The context about interaction between the blacks and whites favors the whites to evolve tolerance by deeply understanding and analyzing once race and the methods in which they become advantaged in immersion –emersion stage. Most teenagers especially the students find themselves describing how their relationship with the ones that received them provided them a chance to gain more knowledge on and also the society context. They gain patience ones they were faced with indifferences in their culture. This represented the immersion –emersion stage. The two points that described tolerance according to students are; the sure way to learn cultural diversity is through experience .it not only made them aware but also created humanity in it .It was then proposed that quality and context of interactions between blacks and whites has led whites to develop positive in their daily activities that led to equality in the stages.

In post service ,several students talk about how fears and working In safe conditions has declined .they even made awareness about accuse of knowledge and even  skills ,more than half of them came up with examples about attitudes reduction .most of students took part in the learning emotion  so that they could explain how their concerns had diminished. They took part in cognitive to explain their diminishment in multicultural skills and reduction in their attitudes .the course empowered the students in different ways both mentally and psychologically. This led to creation of once voice and the ability to speak up .It also taught them on how to live equally and fight racism. Efficient exposure to cultural diversity may affect the interpretation of racial information in their personal interaction by the students .This leads them to development of one’s race identity and ones appreciation for their culture.

Measured differences among students’ skills and cultural attitudes .Students made sure that they made improve as social justice was concerned, they also made attempt to increase awareness on discrimination and racism in the institutions. Also gained knowledge and sensitivity skills from the start of their learning to the end. This indicates that students became more aware of racism and also gained knowledge on how to fight discrimination in the institution.They also gained interest to in dealing with cultural services and its deeper meaning  concerning it.This led them develop skills dealing with racial development.
