An organization management theory helps an organization to adapt a specific way of running its activities so as to fulfill its purpose and meet its goals. The transformation leadership theory mostly focuses on the leadership in the organization which is seen as a base of operations which may lead to the success or failure in an organization. the management theories defines that all the employees in an organization should work together for the common goal of all the stakeholders in the organization. In human services organization the transformation leadership theory will mostly focus on the management of the employees and their ability to deliver the services to their clients. The management theory will on the other hand ensure that the senior and junior staffs work together under given regulations to ensure that the goal of the organization is met.
Northouse’s definition of leadership that states; a leader has to inspire the attitudes and behaviors of the individuals under them in order to attain a given set of objectives. When an organization ensures that there is trust, respect and integrity among the staff members, the clients will also adapt these characters in them. This shows that the internal practice in the organization will affect the external environment. Empathy and safety should be observed in the organization which will affect the customers as the employees of an organization deliver their services to them. These characters expressed by the employees will help the organization to attain its goal and strengthen its relationship with the customers. The factors which will lead to the best services delivery from the organization; hence leading to satisfying the customers’ needs and in return adding the customer values to the organization.
