I selected the article because it uses simple research design and methods to collect, analyze, and present data hence effective findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Similarly, the language selected for the research is simple, thus making it easy to understand. It offers deeper statistical analysis through the descriptive design it adopts.

The paper identifies the major changes involved in shaping the nutrition program in America to enhance its benefits. It also demonstrates that the policy is not adopted in other states outside the US.
